Description: the natural rubber sheet, gum rubber sheet are made by ROTOCURE drum vulcanizer or press vulcanizer with high quality natural rubber(NR). The natural rubber is from the natural rubber tree or clover who one is high wear resistant rubber further enhanced physical property of natural rubber for abrasion resistant, this high abrasion rubber sheet are excellent used in applications where excessive cuts, abrasion or wear & tear occur. Great impact resistance that used as cushioning resistance in matting applications. It's food grade rubber lining for drink water specially designed for applications where high abrasion resistance is required, compounded from premium natural rubber for better abrasion, impact and corrosion resistance. Pure natural rubber exhibits high strength, elasticity, excellent cut and tear resistance, resulting in outstanding performance in heavy wear and abrasion environments like the mining & quarry industries. The natural rubber sheet is under middling hardness and high tensile strength, high elongation, good abrasion resistance, elasticity, safety and non-toxicity without smell. The pure natural rubber sheet is also named gum rubber sheet or para rubber sheet. 0.5-10mm thickness made by ROTOCURE drum vulcanizer with shiny surface, 12-100mm thickness made by press vulcanizer for get higher thick thickness. Working under the higher pressure, wearing resistant, food grade lining status at the temperature of -35°C - +85°C in air or water. Apply to punch all kinds of seals, gaskets, printing, tank lining, slurry handling, pipe lining, pump liner, chute lining, valve liner, belting, hydrocyclones liner, skirt board, pulley cover and high quality rubber membrane special for wooden vacuum laminator to laminate PVC.
